Recruitment Consultant

The role of a recruitment consultant focuses on offering excellent customer services whilst using sales skills to develop the business. When recruiting for recruitment consultants we seek individuals who have a desire to succeed, who have a passion for delivering customer satisfaction every time. We provide training to all staff covering all elements of the recruitment process as well as our internal processes.

A recruitment consultants role is demanding and diverse and involves the following:

  • Drafting adverts to attract candidates and professionally interviewing for client needs
  • Visiting clients to develop relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their business
  • Developing sales and ensuring both internal and legal compliance
  • Completing candidate searches to fill clients requirements
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer

 

You will work in a lively team environment and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates. Teamwork is a huge part of a recruitment consultant's role and success is built by working together and supporting each other, this includes knowing that when you go on holiday your clients and candidates will be in safe hands with your colleagues.
