Let's be honest. We've all seen how easy it is for account managers to get distracted by having to hunt for new business, to the detriment of the clients they're supposed to be looking after.

So we do things differently. Our account managers and service centres don't have to sell, because they're there to look after existing clients, to live and breathe their business, and to give them the best possible service.

Each of our dedicated account managers concentrates on just a select few clients and their needs - closely understanding the roles they need to fill, interviewing candidates, recruiting the right flexible workers and managing them effectively. And they work to the demanding KPIs that matter most to clients, such as performance, staff turnover and retention.
