OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Whatever your requirements whether it be temporary cover for a peak in trading or a permanent position to enhance your current team, we can assist you. If you are looking for high volume recruitment we can customise our service to suit your needs, for example if you require an on site presence from us we will ensure that someone is on site to work closely with you.
- One of our fully trained consultants will discuss your requirements with you and come to your site to familiarise themselves with the working conditions and take a full detailed job description including skills and qualifications required in order to provide you with the best possible person for your requirements
- We will agree a recruitment process that fits your requirements
- All candidates are fully interviewed, reference checked and immigration status fully ascertained at interview stage
- If further checks are required such as CRB or Scottish Disclosure - we can also provide this as part of the service
- We will search our database for suitable candidates and advertise using a variety of websites and other media sources and only send those that are suitable to your roles
- Candidates will be fully prepped for the role and will posses all of the relevant skills required and PPE if required
- We keep in contact with you and the Flexi-Worker throughout the duration of a temporary assignment
- If it is a permanent placement that we are working on for you - we can make the offer on your behalf and we support the candidate through their resignation
- We aim to be an extension of your company /HR department and exceed all of your expectations
