Our highly experienced account managers and consultants (many of whom have been with us for over 10 years) understand the market from the ground up and talk your language. They’ll get immersed in the mechanics of your site, the realities of every job you need to fill and the daily challenges of your working environment – from your KPI’s to your local labour market.

They’ll take full ownership for managing your Flexi-Workers – including appraisals, continuous improvement, contingency planning and pre-empting peaks.

    We always start by getting the fullest possible understanding of each individual client, site and position. Only then do we build a bespoke recruitment process that makes sure of the right candidate fit.

    As well as rigorously checking the previous work history and experience of possible candidates, we test their aptitude against the fundamental skills that are needed for the job.

    Intensive induction and training before any flexi-worker starts in their new role includes a full understanding of the importance of your site KPIs and the impact of their individual job.

    We’ll always look out too for pinch points such as high turnover of staff in a particular area or jobs that might be proving difficult – and suggest possible ways of improving the process.

Our internal qualified HR department work within the framework of all legislative requirements and adheres to the codes of conduct and practice of various governing bodies and associations, including but not limited to the REC and BIS. Our HR department supports and partners our operational divisions in all areas of recruitment and effectively cascades information to the business, for example; Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and Right to Work document checks and all associated legislative changes.     Once one of our flexi-workers is assigned to a role, we’ll take full responsibility for managing them and owning their performance.

    We’ll also take every opportunity to work alongside your management team to find new ways to improve productivity and efficiency, bring in new innovations, and reduce attrition rates and waste. There’s no sitting back.

    Just one of the ways we do this is through our database and league table of benchmarked results. It shines a light on performance levels scored against key criteria and your KPIs, identifying training/development needs and key skills to maintain or transfer.
